the staff was great. the hotel was very clean. the location is good. ismail, musa, and derya were friendly, helpful, and always available. i safe area .
sound isolation could be improved.

the hotel personnel was helpful. they assisted with some issues. the hotel appears freshly renovated with a beautiful location.
I was woken up at 7:30am. a concierge talked loudly to other guests! the sound isolation needs improvement. ashtrays were missing in the backyard the whole morning. It was a little inconvenient.

I found the fast internet very useful and appreciated the convenience of requesting room cleaning with a button. The hotel's beautiful style created a cozy atmosphere. The courtyard's design was especially notable.

mixed experience with some disruptions
responsive staff shop list poor sound isolation missing ashtrays
the staff were very responsive online, even providing a list of shops and restaurants with details about their offerings.
The sound isolation was poor. I was woken up early by loud conversations in the hallway and a late-night call about drinks was disruptive. the lack of ashtrays in the backyard was also an issue and there were no proper cups provided, only glasses.
